Bright, pastel-like colors often work to this effect. So do fun patterns and infantile designs like fuzzy animals, toys, trucks, trains, airplanes, or even images of babies. In other scenarios, text can get the job done. Take Mav here, for example. Not only does his onesie have a cuddly lion on the front, it also proudly tells anyone who might glance in his direction what he is: a big baby boy! Should he ever, for whatever reason, start to come under the illusion that he is anything but an oversized toddler who still pees and poops his pants on a regular basis, a simple look downward or a comment from a passerby will dispel that silly notion as quickly as it materialized. No more "But I'm too big/old for that!" No more "But I'm a big kid!" When your onesie says you're a baby, you're a baby.
