The BuildTheEarth Team Hong Kong-Macau has the goal to recreate Hong Kong and Macau in Minecraft at a 1:1 scale in this project. The team has a size of over 2214 users, and they've already reconstructed more than 628 buildings. With each passing day, the team continues to make remarkable progress towards their goal.

🌎 Sham Shui Po

Due to some member requests in the team, we decided to restart the community projects and build sections in August 2023. To encourage concentration of efforts, we splitted the region in 5 smaller areas. For the build session, we build the Sham Shui Po Police Station and Dragon Centre together in a picked time. Turns out, we completed nearly all 5 areas and both build event locations. We did not expect to sucessfully recreate this small part of Sham Shui Po so realistically.

The location has a size of 4,85 million blocks.
It was created by all the event participants.

🏠 Bank of China Tower

The Bank of China Tower is a skyscraper located in Central Hong Kong. One of the most recognisable landmarks in Hong Kong, the building is notable for its distinct shape and design, consisting of triangular frameworks covered by glass curtain walls.

The location has a size of 5 million blocks.

🏠 St. Dominic's Church

Saint Dominic's Church is a late 16th-century Baroque-style church that serves within the Cathedral Parish of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Macau.

The location has a size of 300,000 blocks.

🏠 Shin Ming Estate

Shin Ming Estate is a public housing estate in Tiu Keng Leng, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, It consists of two housing blocks housing 2,000 flats completed in 2011.
