The BuildTheEarth Team Japan has the goal to recreate Japan in Minecraft at a 1:1 scale in this project. The team has a size of over 1589 users, and they've already reconstructed more than 2476 buildings. With each passing day, the team continues to make remarkable progress towards their goal.

🌎 Ueno

Ueno disctrict in Taito City, Tokyo is a beautiful area right in the heart of Tokyo. Surrounded by tall buildings lays a natural pond that has a temple right in the very middle of it. The area was built during BTE Games, in a match against the US team. The help of many BTE Teams that helped create this is very appreciated!

The location has a size of approximately 14 million blocks. It was created by the builders of the BTE Japan team.

🏠 Ota

This is a part of the Ota City, one of the wards of Tokyo, bordering Kawasaki to the south. This is a project of one of the builders, Tristepin222.

The location has a size of approximately 4 million blocks.

🏠 Ninoshima Island

Those who have been following BTE since the early days might remember Ninoshima! It was a project by a single builder, who was submitting her daily progress of building the entire town, doing 5-10 buildings daily. In total the whole town was completed, having almost 500 small houses made.

The location has a size of approximately 98 million blocks.
