Hi Ciara 🤍 Sorry for the late reply! Your other comment popped up in my notifications first, and I only just saw this one after checking again. Thank you so much for your feedback! Could you try moving your current The Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts onto your desktop temporarily (don’t delete it — just to keep it safe) Then, launch the game through EA App or Steam — it will automatically create a fresh The Sims 4 folder with new settings and saves. In this fresh save, try placing the lot again, making sure to put it in the exact location shown in my map preview so everything lines up correctly. I’ve tested the lot on 2 different PCs and 1 Mac without any errors😭for reference, I have MC Command Center, Better BuildBuy, and TOOL installed. I’ll see what I can do to help 🤍 Let me know how it goes!
