I just re-tested the 726 Salathia build by downloading it directly from Patreon and placing only the Tray files into a fresh save — it showed up normally in-game! 📹 I also recorded a quick test video — feel free to follow along and try these steps again: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18q6KM87DTiUnvSktB4tu45O_efC5burz/view?usp=drivesdk Here’s a quick checklist to double-check on your side: 1. All Tray files should go directly into: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray (no subfolders — everything should be placed directly inside) 2. In the in-game Library, make sure “Include Custom Content” is checked on the left panel — otherwise the build might not show. 3. You can also try searching “726” in your Library bar. If it’s still not working after that, feel free to send me a screenshot — you can DM it to me here, on Instagram, or email it to bellavitasims@gmail.com and I’ll gladly take a look to help 🤍
