I've downloaded everything you've mentioned but when i place the lots, it wont place. the screen says building lot and it stays on that screen. I've let it sit for hours and still doesn't place the lot. I've checked to see if its my game by placing other lots. they place just fine. I've even started a new sims game but this lot wont place for me. i am on a PC and i have a ton of storage so that's not an issue. I've tried everything i can think of. cleared cashe and all. I've even checked all cc and have nothing out dated. any ideas of why this wont work?
