This one comes from a request for an apartment at 2A Jasmine Suites, with a wish to bring back that beloved dark aesthetic many of you have asked about. I hope this version captures that same feeling and gives you the cozy, dramatic vibe you’ve been waiting for.

It honestly makes me so happy to hear that your Silver Spoon save is already filled with my 64x64 builds 🥹 that really means a lot. And I couldn’t agree more with your suggestion. Since most of the big 64x64s are already done, I’ll be focusing on other lot sizes next. It truly makes me happy to see your comments. For the “script call failed” issue, here are a few things you can try: 1. Re-download the Tray files and replace/overwrite the old ones in your Tray folder. 2. Clear the local cache: delete localthumbcache.package in your Sims 4 folder — the game will generate a fresh one when it restarts. 3. Test in a brand new save: Move your current Sims 4 folder somewhere safe (like your desktop). When you relaunch the game, it will create a fresh Sims 4 folder. Try placing the lot in this clean save — if it works, it usually means something in your old save or Mods (like outdated or conflicting Mods) is causing the error. You can then slowly add your Mods back in to find the culprit. 4. If you use Basemental Mods, please make sure they’re all fully updated! Please give these steps a try and let me know how it goes 🤍 I’ll do my best to help you get everything working!

It only happens with apartments, not houses. I already tried placing it in Build Mode, but it still doesn't work. Do you know what could be causing this? ❤️
