As an elf, he is seen as a highly exotic creature. Elves are few in
number, and those who make contact with humans can be counted. He is
one of those few. Most elves don’t like any contact with humans,
but Feynris is different. His thirst for knowledge makes him unique
and very thoughtful, thus he meets with people because he wants to
study them. As a result, he falls in love with humans. He finds that
the people in Bosna are all very helpful and kind, which is contrary
to what elves often think of humans. Most elves often think of humans
as annoying and destructive creatures who are selfish and only think
of themselves. But Feynris digresses this idea.
