This will give you a string trigger that will make you feel like you’re inferior to anyone else.
You either need a bracelet or a piece of string for this, and you have to wear it when you listen. It will become your “humbling string”. As the name suggest, the string will humble you. You will feel inferior to anyone else, causing you to feel pleasure and excitement, which in turn reinforces your inferiority. So just put on your humbling string every time you want to wallow in your worthlessness and inferiority.
Like all the string triggers it only works while you wear it. There are safeties for unexpected events.
