Hello guys! As you might have read, I've been preparing for the game that's coming after Lust Survivor and that game is "The case of Rancagua", this game is going to be a proper RPG. As you might have guessed while looking at the background or Erica is that this game would have a paranormal setting rather than a sci-fi one.
Elevator pitch
The case of Rancagua would be a game similar to persona, in the life sim / rpg side of things, the story will revolve around a male MC and the girls around him investigating different paranormal happenings.

Yes, this time is important! This game is going to be made in RPG developer Bakin as you can see in the picture this is an early image I made for one of the itterations I worked on during this semester. The engine is similar to RPG maker but you can see the difference in the picutres.

Features
The main goal of the game is to make the game fun even if it doesn't have adult content!To make a fun RPG game I went with something similar to the Persona formula: will have 2 main sides, combat and life sim. Both sides will have some exploration on them but they’ll work in different ways. The cast will be 7 main girls plus the MC. At least in my first draft there will be more side characters and as you saw the main girls are based on characters from the other games so you can guess their personalities (This Nicole doesn’t have a man’s soul). The party will have a main base of operations that would be in disrepair at the beginning but eventually will be a nice home filled with sexy girls. I focused on making a fun exploration/combat because most adult RPGs end up having the basic RPG maker combat so to accomplish the main goal the game should have a little twist to both of them.

Combat side
Each character will have “Personal” skills that only they can learn by leveling up and “Item” skills that depend on what items are equipped. That makes at least some decision making opportunities from the player like “Should I keep my boots that give me X skill with bad stats or pick the boots with Y skill but better stats?”
Aside from that while exploring combat areas each girl will have a different skill, so while picking girls to explore an area certain girls should open different parts of the game. For example in the first draft of the game Erica could go across some objects and Nicole could lockpick, of course the options will increase as the roster fills.
The last thing is delay based combat, so you have some more strategy while playing instead of going with the most damaging attack each time.
Life sim side
This is the relaxed part, MC will be able to hang out with the party, develop his skills, repair the base and just enjoy life. On the MC’s you’ll be able to choose how he behaves and the choices you make during dialogue will influence his personality. Aside from the main girls and side characters there will be factions involved and instead of doing the good/bad points I’ll go for good/bad within each faction, let’s say the police won’t know if you were mean to a priest the other day.

Story and characters
Prologue :The game transcurred in another timeline 2022 where instead of Covid we got more paranormal stuff happening, MC wants to get some money out of it and starts a video channel with his friend Sofi. Their first case will be a haunted house in a small town in the mountains where people claim to see the ghost of a woman, when they arrive the talk of the town is the death of the local weird rich man and the fact that they are hearing gunshots during the night. Maybe everything is related to some of the detectives that are investigating seemingly random things in town?
MC: It’s kind of an asshole but always end up doing the right thing, due to some coincidences he’ll end up with powers to fight against the new threats the world is facing
Erica: She is the ghost,she has the mentality of people from her time exactly 1911. Think of her as the racist grandma of your racist grandma. Much to her dismay she only is alive when she is close to MC so she’ll get dragged into MC’s adventures.
Nicole: She is a detective investigating some paranormal happenings in the middle of nowhere, when shit hits the fan she’ll be very glad some wannabe streamer was in town.
Sofi : Mc’s friend, she had a failed travel blog and now is trying to get a new channel running together with MC. Both tease each other because they dated in middle school.
Setting
I decided to make this game happen in Chile, mainly because that’s where I live. Considering we’ll have ghosts and lots of traveling I need to know the place and making it generic country would have forced me to come up with lots of things and among things that I couldn’t come up that are worth mentioning in my country we have like our tallest building and famous mall is built over an indian cemetery, so it’s haunted or having earthquakes really really often. The other option was making a generic US look but that will offend everyone for different reasons that I prefer not to say but I’m sure it will offend every american. So that’s why Chile, instead of having references to it The case of Rancagua will be fully set on Chile.
