NBNL v0.17 Where to focus?

I'm working on v0.17 and there are a lot of areas I want to fix, this is more the event side of the question because in the systems side I'll have time to make all the changes I want. Of course v0.17 will requiere you to restart the saves so you'll be seeing a lot of the old events.
