Schedule for the Week of 05/26/2025

I’m in a nice comfortable pocket with games right now with a bunch of adventure games (Duck Detective, Golden Idol DLC, Old Skies) waiting for me like a warm hug. Currently, dipping back into Hollow Knight here and there to knock out a thing or two, but mostly I’m focusing on Clair Obscur and playing Sunderfolk with the kids. I feel like it’s been a really solid 2 months for games, specifically in my zone. We even got a big update in Helldivers 2, though I’m curious how that’s being received… haven’t checked!

This week Abby, Alex, and I are going to get the Clue Crew together and do some more adventure gaming on Tuesday. We’ve also got a Patron’s Choice stream coming up on Friday and I was thinking about dropping that Elden Ring: Nightreign on the poll since it’s out that day.

For podcasts we’ve got the last of our music month Watchcast episodes with That Thing You Do! We’ll be getting back to Star Trek Season 2, but before we do that you should check out Alex’s ranked list on our Letterboxd page (link in the schedule). We’ll have the Ramblecast (with returning Brad Shoemaker!), and Podcast as usual plus there will be a Patron Q&A on Thursday. Lastly, we’ve got a new Never Been a Better Podcast going up on Friday as well!
