Huir de lo que te asusta es una forma de perder el camino: al hacerlo te alejas más y más de lo que buscas.
Si tienes miedo de enfrentar a esa persona o situación, ahí está el nudo que hay que derretir.
Ese nudo que si se reconoce y se enfrenta te donará las llaves de la libertad!
De ahora en adelante, entonces cuando sientas miedo, molestia, irritación y preocupación no huyas. Mantente escuchando lo que sientes.
