Friday Updates (week of 5-26-2023)

So, this is something I've experienced in the past. I left the last few chapters of N&D3 for this writing sprint. And switching from book 3 to book 4 on a dime has been difficult. That might be dramatic. I finished writing 3 today, and I'm looking for a starting point for 4.
Guess it doesn't really matter, because I planned on starting book 4 the first week of June, which means I'm ahead. I guess. Does it matter? There's chapters to release. A backlog. Who cares?
I'm hopeful that the June sprint will be productive. But I don't really have any story plotted in my head. Hmmm. Alright, maybe 4 weeks instead of the normal 3. We'll see.
So, I'm already ahead so why do these sprints matter? Why am I killing myself to get more chapters written? Because I have another story, of course. After my run on the first half of N&D4 I'll post about it on here first. If I still like it by then, I'll do the standard 3 weeks ahead on here, but depending on the productivity of the N&D4 writing, it may be a 2 chapters a week deal.
I just don't know yet.
