I'm watching this a bit late, but it is awesome to hear your honest thoughts on working through these kind of struggles. My wife also makes a living painting and has dealt with similar problems - mental and physical. Hello!! I’m sorry to hear about your pain. I’m only starting on digital art and I feel pain in my hand when I draw every day, so I can imagine how hard it is for you. But, here goes a tip and a request, it would be nice if you could speak about some specific techniques. For example: how to draw hair. For me this is the biggest challenge! Despite the anatomy, that is very hard for me too...

I'm super keen to hear your thoughts on cintiq/ergo stand vs intuous. Looking forward to that video 🙂

Also a random thought on your sketches - I wonder if you could possibly consider a tier on your Patreon for original sketches of your choosing . You could possibly consider having a limited tier where maybe you just send out a few random sketches that you made that month. No pressure on topic or anything - just to help inspire you to start sketching again . I’m not sure if this sounds helpful or not lol just an idea .

I’m so proud of all the work you have been doing and your wonderful art. ❤️❤️❤️ I am so sorry your arm pain flares up still. I know how difficult chronic pain can be . I remember when you got that injury and I’m sorry they worked you so hard. :( I’m glad you found a way out and were able to paint again.
