Mechanic
- Added a new Pure Titan: Creepy!
- Removed custom death messages, enabled Minecraft default ones.
- Added Handcuffs to catch the shifters!

Bugfix
- Shifters could consume shifters untransformed.
- Cart Titan's head was not visible when transform.
- Pure Titans don't glitch through walls anymore.
- Multiple gun flares being removed when shoot.
