Temporary reduction of Video Collaborator tier

Just letting you all know that due to an increased workload, I'm temporarily only keeping 2 slots open for my Video Collaborator tier for March. Don't worry though, you'll still get 3 videos each month and the tier will re-open in a few weeks!
