I'm probably really late on watching this but I could really relate to this guy. I have sleep apnea and my whole life I've had interrupted sleep and it may not seem like a big issue in this episode but to be tortured once you finally got some good sleep is so detrimental to mental health. It was definitely painful to watch and fortunately he wasn't suicidal but it was also relatable.
