This phenomenon is nothing new to produce 101/girls planet 999.... Why did sohye and hyewon make till the end? Sohye was the underdog and people felt pity for her. Hyewon made it because she is pretty!!! Both couldn't dance or sing very well..... But in the end they did pretty good in their groups. Bahiyyih can at least dance and sing well, so with a little training she will get even better. let her live her dream life.

I was expecting a similar ranking, it didn't surprise Yaning 8 cause she explode in popularity in Japan, also Youngeun 9 definitely deserves it. I'm quite surprised with the one-pick power of Bahiyyih, the thing with her is that although she received a lot of attention before even the first episode, she also receives a lot of hate until now. It's just insane and still surprises me. Hopefully, if she debuts, that doesn't burn so much on her.

thank you, at this point i am sick of explaining to people that she gained attention because of her brother not because of her talent or visual. like right when it was announced that she will compete, she already had a fan base, based of her brother fan's support.

these shows always have one that isn't the best and still debuts due to popularity. it isnt the first time, you'll survive. You shouldn’t forget yujin’s also using a lot of popularity for her votes and u can’t deny that, even if she’s better than bahiyyih. If she were a new girl on the tv she prob wouldn’t be in the top.

I'm so sick of people acting like Heuning deserves a spot based on talent. If she wasn't related to a TXT member she would've been gone after the FIRST elimination... She needs to be a trainee for a while, hone her skills and then debut when she's actually ready- not take a spot now from someone else.

The interim ranks have just created chaos within the international fanbases. What are your thoughts on the rankings? Also I'm curious as to how you think meet will solve this problem. I heard that show was a flop in Korea so is it even worth focusing on the Korean market compared to the international market anymore?

It makes sense that Xiaoting was No 1 in Korea since the vote was still country based so she was probably many people's Chinese filler pick. But for the final, you can only vote for 1 person so it's most likely going to be a full Korean takeover. At this point whoever makes it will be deserving but I am kinda nervous bc I personally have a lot of C-group picks but with how the show's going... I hope at least 1-2 makes it. And from what I've seen online, I know it'd be controversial but I want Fu Yaning to debut.

My predction is 3 Js, 2 Cs, and 4 Ks. Just want to see Mashiro and Yeseo in the final line up. Yaning too. If Hikaru isn't in the final line up I don't think the group will hurt much unless she displays a hidden card...like vocals.

These votes were predictable. Actually, I posted a comment on an earlier video about why they were predictable, and why I predicted it would be majority K-group in the back 9, and J- group in top 9, but J- group would lose the most members. Recap, it's because even though they released the ratios restriction, they still required 1 vote for each group, K, C, J. This favored J- group for the top 9, because outside of the top 4, no one is that popular. The top 4 in J-group get the overwhelming majority of the J-group votes. C-group is similar, but there's a bit of a bigger spread. Still, we only see 5 C-group make it (although Chen Hsin Wei was 18 by voting). In the K-group, there's a more even spread of popularity among the 9 remaining members, which is why they were able to have 8 be voted into the top 18. But, because the spread is more equal, K-group had a harder time getting high on the top 9. This actually makes Dayeon's popularity stand out even more, as she still got #2 despite that. That means the gap between Dayeon and Yujin is larger than the gap between Mashiro, HIkaru and Yurina. And Shen Xiao Ting was #1 in Korea simply because even if Dayeon is the most popular among the K-group, voters still had to vote for a C-group member. I predict Dayeon will rise to #1 in the final, and more K-group will end up in as well. Predicted ratio: K- 5/6, C-1, J-2/3. I'm not sure if Kim Bora, Yurina, or Bahiyyih will make that 9th spot, but I would like it if Bora makes it.

What were your favorite performances in the show? I have to go back to Episode 1 "Kick It' - that brought me to Ji A, that girl, OMG! And the Baby Monsters (Guinn Myah and Kang Ye Seo, yay!). And Episode 6 "Ice Cream" (Da Yeon shining). and Episode 7 Team Fate.

16 Xing Qiao cannot dance (she made mistakes in the Creation Mission and the O.O.O Team Dance), sings so-so, and doesn't have much facial expression. I cannot fathom why she continues to move forward. You guys missed the comment Myah made that if Xing Qiao made the cut, then she wasn't going to make it (and she technically didn't without the Planet Pass). You're right about Myah, she's kinda crafty.

Team 2: I was bummed that Shana didn't have the confidence to take either the killing part or Vocal 1 as her vocals are so clear and beautiful, especially for this type of song, that she could've given a real boost for their team. And Myah and Bahiyyih bonded from the get-go being the maknaes and the hapa-Korean girls (they have stuff in common) - Bahiyyih has to boost herself when it's just her/Myah is her own energy bar. The master's reaction to Team 3 interim performance didn't look staged to me, I felt it too - like it was a true "Fighting" moment and the whole reason for the song/show. If they can take away at least one thing of what it means to be a performer with a group, hold on to that. It may have taken a whole lot of money/effort to build to that moment, but not every girl experienced that moment (and it wasn't even on the "big" stage).

personal problem I have with Team 1 was that yeh they're all talented. but I find them super boring to watch. they just pretty girls with talent. I find them to have no personalities or flavour. they're all a bit bland in the entertainment aspect to me. like Team 3 have it all for me. not perfect but close to it and REALLY fun to watch, outside of stages.

The obvious reason why I think the show has low ratings is because of lack of star quality trainees in it, especially korean trainee. None of the korean trainee has the centre quality, and can reach the popularity of the like Somi, Kang Daniel, Wonyoung, and Sakura. Also, the lack of visuals and it cannot be compared to produce 48.
