Batman Returns ended up being better for me. The condition of Tim coming back to direct is that he was allowed total creative control so it's more of a Tim Burton movie than a Batman movie.

Hey, thank you for watching! We're glad to hear you had fun watching along with us :)
I'm so curious to see what the show from the 60s is like

Thanks so much! I grew up watching reruns of the 60's TV show which was VERY silly. When I saw this in '89 I was so excited that it was fun to watch but much more serious in tone compared to the series. This will always be my favorite Batman, although Nolan's were great. Really enjoyed your reaction!

The only facts I know about this movie is that Tim Burton used Matte paintings for the city scape of Gotham. And Micheal Keaton was criticized by the mass that he was too comical to be playing Batman, because the year before he played Beetlejuice and years before other comical films.

You're not alone in how you picture Michael Keaton. From what I've heard, his casting was somewhat controversial. People at the time simply couldn't see him as Batman.
