New model release! Belly dancer~
Added 2019-06-26 01:00:08 +0000 UTCI had fun with this one~ After the awesome feedback on yesterday's poll, I felt like I had plenty of time to add as many details as I wanted. I spent a lot of time on the pose too. Slowly getting better with anatomy and understanding how the body moves.
A small aside, her body is not realistic. To all my fellow ladies out there, don't forget that! She has a very similar physique to Jasmine from Disney's Aladdin. I think the exaggerated features are very beneficial from a design perspective because it will read more clearly at 28mm scale.
I will be doing an all women Kickstarter miniature line, and there will be all sorts of different body types in that. I'm not doing it for social justice warrior reasons either, it is purely more fun to model. Plus, it makes for more diverse characters. Afterall, I'm making tabletop minis not barbies haha
I'm already planning different paint schemes~ My immediate go to is red clothing with black hair. But who knows. I think green with gold jewels could be awesome too!

By cons, I find his figure a little too masculine, but in 32 mm, it has very little impact. Finally, I went to get it on the dropbox. It's a cave of Ali baba ... Mia you're crazy, crazy nice, but crazy to give as much.
