🎨 My 1st Painting Tutorial!

🎨 Painting minis can be intimidating... 🎨

You have all these lovely paints in front of you and a cool looking mini! Now what?

How many coats? What colors should I use? Where should I start painting? What techniques should I be using?

📝 I made this tutorial to make mini painting fun & simple! 📝

The sculpt featured here is my Skeleton Gunslinger from my Steampunk Kickstarter which ends in a few days! This model will release to $14 Patrons in a few weeks too :)

In this tutorial I use Army Painter speedpaints,  but you don't have to! Use what you have! I like to prime my minis in black first. I generally stick with Rust-oleum, but whatever primer will work.

I will do another one! :) And I'm interested to see how the flesh tone contrast paints do as well!

I thought it was useful as well. If you do another one, would like to see flesh tones. Thanks!

That is wonderful to hear!! Glad you liked it :)

That’s a really good, easy to follow tutorial. I’ve been painting minis for decades and have seen hundreds of tutorials. This is one of the better ones I’ve seen. Thank you
