I think you should be able to open it by following the instructions at https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202491 under the heading "If you want to open an app that hasn’t been notarised"

2022-04-05 13:38:22 +0000 UTCSo looking forward to getting stuck in, but I'm getting a “Blockhead” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. Error message, which isn't something that I can get around in security settings it seems... what do you think?
