Handler Wiggle (Rough)

This rough was done for a $20 Patron before I changed the rewards, and will be the last one I do specifically for just patronage. I do at some point plan on opening up my commissions again, as there is a lot of demand from some of the Patrons, though that may not be for a little while still.
The handler can be a tease, if not also a bit of a klutz sometimes. This was a cute little loop to work on :3
