Mako X Gamagori Process

Here you can see what I would actually refer to as my rough animation in the upper right. Very thick and fast lines used just to feel out what a motion will be like as quickly as possible. Then there is obviously quite the gap going from that to the bottom left, which I would call a rough clean, or basically all the details and final motion and completely tied down. This takes probably 60% or more of the total time for animating.
And the rest you are probably familiar with, just a flat tone and some line coloring. Personally if I could just do animations like this, I probably would. It really lets me go more in depth on making lots of little things move in the scene, and I feel more adventurous about exaggerated motion and animation. Part of that was also the KLK influence though.
Anyways, Hope this was interesting/informative. More animations are on the way so stay tuned :D
