The spiked wheel just keeps rolling along. She is placing her hand against the other sole which could prevent that foot from shifting to the side. Those bands on the toes look quite restrictive.

But I suppose for a being as powerful as her you have to take extra measures to ensure her captivity. In all, everything is phenomenal. Her footwear, sword, pieces of her armor and accessories, even to her picture beside her toes are all a very nice touch. Keep up the amazing work!!!
