Acting Up - Female Role - Part - 3

OTHER PARTS | ALL STORY LIST

(REUPLOAD)

The artist, recognizing that he had, in effect, created a masterpiece with Terry's padding, decided to explore the commercial value of the garment.

Five years later, the artist had worked out all the details of the mass production of the padding.  Selling strictly to companies that specialized in clothing for cross-dressers, he made a not-so-smalll fortune.

After receiving complaints from a large number of wives of some of his customers, using his wife as a model, he modified his design to fit the female anatomy.  Soon he was selling more padding to women's underwear companies than to the cross-dressing community.

His new design hit the market just as the "my bootie is bigger than yours" craze swept the younger female population.  His fortune grew even larger.  The strange thing about all this was, not once did his wife ever ask him if he thought her butt was too big.

"Terry, you've been wearing women's clothing for almost a month.

You've lost nearly fifteen pounds and apply your makeup as well as any woman. I think you're doing more than okay, as long as it's pants and shorts.

We need to start working on skirts, dresses, and heels," Nikki said.

"We'll start slow.  Sandals with a two-inch heel.

Knee-length dress." She thought for a moment, then added, "It's too hot for pantyhose, so let's try something you haven't worn before,... thigh-highs!"

Seeing the blank look on Terry's face, Nikki sighed.

"They're like knee-highs, only longer.  They're a lot cooler than pantyhose, plus." She winked.  "If you're feeling naughty, you can 'forget' to wear your panties.

You just have to remember not to flash anyone if you're wearing a mini-skirt!"

Terry snorted, "As if that would ever happen!"  Nikki stroked his face and smiled wickedly.

"Of course, it does, all the time.  What was I wearing last week when we were at the outdoor concert?"

"You didn't!"  Nikki smiled.  "Why do you think I kept my legs crossed all the time we were there?"

Terry just shook his head.  "I think I'll pass thank you."  "That's okay, honey.

It wouldn't be appropriate where we're going anyway.  Our legs are tan enough, we'll just go bare-legged."

"Going?  Going where?"

"Grandpa is having a garden party and picnic this Saturday.  We've been invited."

 "I still have some men's clothing don't I?"

"Terry, what are you talking about?  You can't wear men's clothes to Grandpa's garden party!"

"I don't see why not."

"Because, honey, the invitation is for Ms. Nikki Williams and..."

"That's your maiden name!"

"Will you let me finish?" Nikki said slightly annoyed.

"The invitation is for Ms. Nikki Williams and... Ms. Leigh Renee Wilson!"

"Who the hell is Leigh Renee Wilson?"

"That's your stage name, dear."  Terry looked blank.

"Stage name?  I don't have a stage name."

"You do now, or at least you will when you sign the petition Grandpa has worked up for you.  He said to think of it as a DBA, 'doing business as' document."  "Doing business as?"

"Terry honey, in three months, you'll be making some significant money. If the play lasts only a year, you will be paid for the remainder of the contract, another year, at the same weekly rate as if you were still performing.

Your total compensation will be just over 1.8 million dollars!"

 Terry was stunned.

"I hadn't realized it would be that much."

"That's why Grandpa is setting up a Limited Liability Corporation to handle the money for us.

You and I will be the only officers in the corporation.  All our assets, the house, both cars and everything except our clothing will be assets of the Corporation.

"So, with our salaries going directly into the corporation, we'll be able to make investments, have some great tax breaks, and personal protection if anything happens, such as being personally sued."

"Okay, that I understand.  But why the name change?"

"Because, as I've said so many times, you really don't want to have your real name associated with this play.

Otherwise, you'll be typed cast as a crossdressing actor.  This means you'll never get a decent serious role again.

The producers even included a clause that allowed you to use a stage name if you wanted."

"Okay, all of that sounds reasonable.  But what does that have to do with me wearing a dress to the picnic?"

"Well, duh!  The invitation is for Ms. Leigh Renee Wilson, remember?"

"Okay, I guess a dress would be appropriate.  I suppose this means more shopping," Terry sighed.  Shopping was one "woman's" activity that he could just not get enthused about.

After visits to three dress shops, a major department store, and two shoe stores, Terry ended up with a pale yellow, just below-the-knee sun dress.

It had wide straps to conceal his bra straps and the front was high enough to conceal the fact that his "B" cup breasts were fake.  The shoes Nikki picked out for him, were strappy sandals with 2 ½ inch wedge heels with buckled ankle straps.

When Terry saw the sandals, he protested that he hadn't worn heels before.  "Terry, don't worry.

We have two weeks for you to practice.  I anticipated that you would need to wear heels someday.  When I bought you your first flats, I purchased some shoes with progressively higher heels.

I figured that I'd start you off with one-and-a-half-inch heels, and work up to three.  The shoes you've been wearing for the last two weeks have been the inch-and-half heels, so we can start on the two inches when we get home."

"Well, how do I look?"

Terry asked as he twirled around causing the skirt of his sun dress to flair out.  Nikki studied her husband silently.

She was impressed with the progress Terry was making.  In less than 4 months, he moved, walked, talked, and carried himself like a natural-born woman.  In her estimation, he made a better woman than Elliana, the person he would portray.

He was if the news film clips accurately portrayed the female Elliana.  "Well?" he asked again.  Nikki smiled, "If you hadn't been so frisky last night, I would be convinced that you were a real woman!"

Terry grew serious for a moment.  "I didn't hurt you or the baby last night did I?"  Terry laughed, then stroked her expanding stomach.  "No, in fact, I think she even enjoyed it."

"She?"  "Well, I think she'll be a girl," Nikki said softly.  "Okay, if you're sure.  But the next one will be one for my side, a boy."

"One for your side?  A boy?  You don't look like any boy I've ever seen!" Nikki said in mock surprise.  Terry looked down at his false breasts in his sundress.  "Point taken," he laughed.

"We'll address the one for my side tonight again after we go to bed."

"To bed?  I'm sorry, I only like big strong men like my husband in my bed!" Nikki teased.  "Okay, okay!  I won't wear my nightgown tonight.  Happy now?"  Not wanting to carry the teasing any further, she hugged Terry and kissed him deeply.

When she broke away, she sighed, "Oh pooh, I've smeared your lipstick."  Terry just laughed and pulled his lipstick and a small mirror from his purse.  "We need to get going.  Otherwise, we'll be late for your Grandpa's picnic."  Nikki drove to her Grandfather's estate in the country.

Until Terry started wearing women's clothing full-time, he had driven.  Now, he rarely sat behind the wheel.  They were both worried about what would happen if by chance he was pulled over.

His license photo certainly didn't match his 'girl' features.  Nikki glanced at her husband.  He was nervously fingering the skirt of his dress.

"Are you okay?"

"What? Yeah, sure," he responded.  "I'm just worried about how your Grandfather will react and what he'll say when he sees me."

Nikki laughed.  "He'll say, 'Your pictures do not do you justice'."

"My pictures?  What pictures?"

"Terry, honey, I've been taking pictures of every step of your 'training'. When I showed him the latest pictures, he was speechless. In fact, he thought at first that I had shown him an old photo of the real Elliana.  I don't think you'll have any problem with Grandpa."

Nearly all of the legal firm's staff was present and everyone was obviously enjoying the picnic.  The senior Theodor Williams had practiced law for nearly fifty years. He was well respected and liked by most of the judges in the district. His firm had the reputation of being the firm to go to for representation in legal concerns.

When Nikki and Terry arrived, they were immediately cornered by the older man.  He herded them to the center of the massive patio that overlooked the party.  "Ladies and Gentlemen!"

he said loudly, when all but a few paid attention, he repeated the greeting.  When the vast majority turned to look at the senior Williams, he continued,

"Ladies and Gentlemen.  I think most of you know her already, but I'll introduce her anyway. Ladies and gentlemen, my favorite granddaughter Nikki."

Nikki interrupted her grandfather, "Grandpa, you know I'm your only granddaughter!" she said in a voice almost as loud as her grandfather's.

He laughed and admitted that it was true.  Nikki was his only granddaughter.  His admission brought laughter from the crowd.

"As I was saying, she is my favorite granddaughter Nikki.  As you can see, she is working on the next generation of Williams."

He nodded toward Nikki's round stomach.

"Hopefully, she will be as beautiful as her mother.  If he isn't, well, then maybe he'll be a lawyer like his old gray-haired grandpa."  The crowd laughed and applauded.

Terry was growing nervous again, he knew that he would be introduced next.  "And this lovely young lady is Ms. Leigh Wilson.  You may not recognize that name now, but if all goes well, you'll be hearing a lot about her!" The crowd applauded, although not as loud as Nikki's.  Still smiling broadly Grandpa said quietly to Nikki and Terry.

"Let's go inside to my office.  We have a lot of work to do."

Bookcases containing hundreds of case law books lined three office walls; the fourth wall was mostly windows overlooking the backyard.

The furnishings consisted of a large conference table, several leather cushioned side chairs, and a surprisingly small desk.  All three sat down at the table.  Nikki and Terry waited for Mr. Williams to speak.

He regarded Terry for a moment, then began by addressing him.

"When Nikki asked me to review the contract, I was disappointed in her. I thought that I had taught her better than to allow you to sign a contract without having her, and myself, read it before signing. When she told me how you came to sign it, I reread it.  It is, unfortunately, ironclad.

You will be financially ruined if you fail to honor the contract."

"I know that sir.  I'm sorry, I wish I had never seen that dammed thing."

"I wish you hadn't as well.  Be that as it may.

The question is what are we going to do now.  While I like you Terry and consider you part of the family, my main concern is to protect my granddaughter and, by extension, her offspring.

Nikki is my only living relative.

As such she is in line to inherit the firm.  Its present value, according to my accountant, is somewhere in the neighborhood of 60 million."  Terry glanced at Nikki in surprise.

Nikki sat impassively listening to her grandfather.  She obviously had known this before.

"Tell me, Terry, do you love Nikki?"

"Of course, I do."  Mr. Williams turned to Nikki.  "Nikki, do,..."  Nikki interrupted him with a resounding, "I do. I wouldn't be carrying his child if I didn't.  In fact, I fully expect to have at least one more sometime in the future."

"Very well.  In that case, we have some paperwork to take care of before we can join the picnic."  "Paperwork?"

"Nikki shared with me how much money you anticipate making with just one year of the play's production.  To protect that money, as well as Nikki's inheritance, I'm setting up a limited liability corporation in Nikki's name.  Its main source of income will initially be your salary and any profit sharing from the play.   That's one set of papers.

The next is a petition to change your name Terry Allen Wilson to your stage name Leigh Renee Wilson.  The name change is an additional insurance policy to protect my granddaughter's interest.  Leigh's name will be included on the Corporation's charter.

There are a couple of other documents that are associated with both the corporation and the stage name change that will need to be signed."

"I think I understand, sir," Terry said.  "Unlike when you signed the contract with the production company, Nikki has read most of the papers the two of you will be signing today.  Do you wish to read them as well?"

"If Nikki has read them, I don't think I need to, sir."

Mr. Williams sat back and nodded.  He reached over to his desk and pushed a button.

"Miss Jones, could you come to the office to witness and notarize some signatures?"  Miss Jones replied and a few minutes later a silent and serious-looking woman in her late sixties walked into the office.

Twenty minutes later, all the documents had been signed, witnessed, notarized, and taken away for copying.

Their copies would be sent by messenger the following day.  "Well, now that we've taken care of business, let's go out and party."

"Well, I had fun yesterday, how about you?" Nikki asked the following day.  "I will have to admit no one said anything about how I was dressed."

Nikki sighed.  "Terry, or rather Leigh, you just weren't listening closely enough to the right girls.  You, dear, were the talk of the party.  Everyone wanted to know two things, who you were, and where you got that fabulous dress!"

"What?  That old thing?"  He paused.

"No one noticed that I wasn't what I appeared to be?'  "Appeared to be what?  A tall attractive woman?  No, no one said a thing."

"I'm not that tall!" Leigh protested.

"Five-nine isn't that tall, is it?"  "You're four or five inches taller than the average woman.  But your figure, as fake as it is, is proportionate with your height.

Overall, as I've said before, when you're dressed and made up, you more than pass, you are every inch a woman!"  Leigh grinned.

"It's all just superior acting, honey!"

"Oh, my God, I've married a ham!" Nikki cried, throwing her arm to her forehead.

"Guilty as charged!" Leigh laughed.  When the package containing the signed documents arrived, Nikki didn't bother to open it.  Instead, she placed it in a drawer on her desk.  Soon she forgot about it.

Two months before the opening of "Elliana".

"Leigh, someone from the production company called this morning while you were at Annie's.  She did a good job by the way.  Anyway, they're going to start script reading Monday."

"Did they say what time and where?  Is it at the theater?"

"At the producer's office at 8:00 AM.  They're working on the sets at the theater this week,"

The first reading went well, other than a slight hiccup when Leigh arrived.  Well, two hiccups actually. The first problem was with the Assistant Director.

He had been tasked with the responsibility of ensuring only the actors who had been hired for the play attended the reading.  Working off of an old list, he had failed to find Leigh Wilson's name.

Leigh finally convinced him that he was in fact, Terry Wilson.  Leigh Wilson was his stage name.  The second hiccup was the assistant director refused to believe that Leigh was a male.

Even though he was wearing his regular jeans, and a man's polo shirt and had no makeup on.  In fact, the only woman's garment he was wearing was a pair of panties,  and they were completely concealed under his jeans.

Leigh was fuming when he returned home.

"That S.O.B. had the nerve to ask me to pull my pants down."  Leigh flopped down on the living room couch.

"Just because he didn't believe I was a man."  Nikki who had been washing dishes, was wiping her hands as she came into the living room.

"Did he finally let you in for the reading?  "He did, and I ultimately did not have to take off my pants."  Leigh laughed.  "How was your day?  Anything exciting happens?'  Nikki sat down next to her husband.

"I've got some good and some really terrible news.  Which would you like to hear first?"  "I don't care,... oh, give me the good news first."

"Okay.  We got four things in the mail today.  The first, the good news, was a letter from our accountant.  He said that our investments have produced our first return!  For an investment of less than $10k, we received nearly $15k.  That's not bad for three weeks."

"I agree.  That is good news. I suggest that the corporation reinvest the return in the same company, and see what happens."  Leigh sighed.  "Okay, hit me with the 'terrible' news."

Nikki looked at him for a moment.  "I need to get the package and the other two envelopes, and we can go through it together,"  Leigh watched his wife return to the kitchen.  Less than a minute later she came back into the living room with a large manila envelope about an inch thick and two letter-sized envelopes.

She sat down next to Leigh again and handed the envelopes to him.  The first thing he noticed was that the larger one had been addressed to Ms. Leigh Renee Wilson c/o Ms. Nikki Williams.  The return address was the Superior Court of the county they lived in.

"What's this?" Leigh asked, not wanting to open it quite yet.  Nikki took the envelope back and pulled out the first packet of stapled papers.  She handed it to Leigh.   Leigh scanned it, recognizing that it was a copy of one of the papers he had signed at the picnic.  "This is the change of name document, isn't it?"

"You're partially right.  It's a petition to the court to legally change your name from Mr. Terry Allen Wilson to Ms. Leigh Renee Wilson. And,..."

"And?"  "And the second page requests the courts to legally change the name on your birth certificate to Leigh Renee Wilson."  "On my birth certificate?" Leigh asked in surprise.  "Wait, it gets worse, much worse.  The petition also asks to change your birth gender from male to female.  The reason given is that you've had a sex change.  Apparently, there's a state law that mandates changing birth certificates after sex reassignment surgery."

"My God!  Did I sign that?"  "You did.  And I'm ashamed to say that while Grandpa was correct, I did review the document, but obviously not closely enough."  Leigh shook his head in dismay.  "How can it get any worse than that?"  Nikki sighed again and handed Leigh the next bunch of papers.

Leigh hesitated a moment before he began reading.  "This is a divorce settlement agreement!"

He read further along the document.

"It says that neither party contested the divorce and the settlement.  The causes are listed as extreme mental cruelty and denial of sex due to gender reassignment surgery!"  He glanced at the front page again.

"We both signed this?  What the fuck is all this?'"  Nikki silently handed him another bunch of papers.

Leigh scanned the paper looking at the signatures.

As with the other two documents, both Nikki and he had signed it

"It's a transfer of property, both real and personal."  He read further.

"It says that by mutual agreement, and according to the terms of the divorce agreement, I not only have to give you the balances of all Terry Wilson's, my bank accounts, and not less than 90 % of all future earnings for the next ten years.

You get the house, my car and,... it appears that you get everything but the dress on my back!"  Nikki handed him one of the smaller envelopes.  The return address was the Motor Vehicle Department.

He opened the envelope and scanned the letter.

"They are demanding that I surrender my driver's license.  They say that they've received a copy of a court order stating that I had changed my sex and have to have a new license in my new name, and gender!"  Nikki hands him one last envelope.

The return address was his own, or rather what had been his home until a few minutes ago.

'Leigh sighed heavily.  "What next?" he asked as he pulled the single page out of the envelope.

He quickly scanned the letter.  It had a facsimile signature used for the corporate checks only.  Neither he nor Nikki had physically signed it.  Not saying a word, he handed it back to Nikki.

He took a moment to collect his thoughts before saying anything.

"The corporation has terminated my employment for non-performance!"  He laughed bitterly.

"Which, if the divorce decree is to be believed, is in the bedroom!  I don't understand this, I'm supposed to be a board member, I can't be fired!"  "Leigh, honey.

After I saw this, I checked the incorporation charter documents.  You are not listed as a board member but as an at-will' employee.  Meaning, you can be terminated for any or no reason at all, whenever the board decides you are no longer of value to the corporation.."

Leigh didn't know whether to laugh, cry, or become homicidal.  "Honey, please believe me, I didn't have anything to do with any of this.

Not the divorce or anything else!  I love you and I always will, even if you change your gender for real!"  Leigh gave her what started to be a dirty look that quickly morphed into a teary-eyed look of helplessness.

Never before had he been so thoroughly screwed, by his wife's own grandfather no less.

Nikki quickly wrapped her arms around her husband.  She held him as he cried.  When he stopped he gave her a kiss and gently pushed her away. "Thank you.  I guess I've really gotten deep into pretending to be a woman.  Maybe too deep for my, our own good."

Not so lucky when you consider that he has just been legally stripped of everything he owns, including his marriage and his very identity.

J Chimera

Disappointed in his former wife; you would thing she would be outraged and disown grandpa - unless of course she's just another lying greedy bitch who has already cut another stallion from the herd. So stereotypical - accidental mistake my ass

Annah Rourke

I wish I would wake up tomorrow and I was told that I am now legally a female with a female name and then told I had to fit the part. He, or should I say she, is so lucky!

Bryan

Lee really has to start reading documents 😅

Jim Sherry

Talk about a plot twist! I guess you should read the papers before you sign them.
