December's Sol'Kesh Release

Hey everyone! The winter months have settled in (for those north of the equator) and there’s new creatures from the Sol’Kesh Speculative Evolution Bestiary.

Now I don’t really have any Christmas or winter themed creatures kicking around (maybe next year!) so I hope everyone will be happy with a bird and an ox. Though I am planning on something festive with them.

To start we have the Axilot, the speedy flightless bird that charges its axe-like beak into creatures. And naturally that axe-like beak comes in handy for axe crafting, so you can find the Swift Beak as its craftable loot card.

For the second creature that will be available on December 15th, the armoured and lumbering Pebbleback Auhk, much like today's hippopotamus, it resides in freshwater wetlands, its scale-like hide protecting it from both terrestrial and aquatic predators as it eats seaweeds and grasses in large herds.

And like every month I’ll be adding wayward sketches and early creature post previews throughout the month to give you all some special access content to the world of Sol’Kesh and the bestiary book I’m writing for it.
