The news how Crucabena was felled by one of her ‘children’ didn’t really come off as much of a surprise by the other Fatui Harbingers. Given the environment she harbored, they all knew it was only a matter of time before one of them eventually did her in.

Crucabena’s title as The Knave and Harbinger, along with her position at the House of the Hearth in addition to the name of Arlecchino didn’t stay vacant for long as the Tsaritsa pardoned and appointed none other than the woman who killed her.

Columbina took a liking to the new Arlecchino and invited her to the next tea party along with Sandrone, a great way to break the ice and get to know her the Moon Goddess told the 7th Harbinger.

Their tea parties were something Sandrone in particular was rather protective of her tea parties and wasn’t particularly thrilled about welcoming a new face at the table, at least this soon.

She was new to the Fatui, Columbina suggested that perhaps the newcomer undergo some sort of initiation to be welcomed. Arlecchino herself even agreed if it meant breaking the ice and establishing herself among her new acquaintances.

Yes, Arlecchino ought to be initiated the question was how. Sandrone definitely wanted to do something that would give her some level of satisfaction over this newcomer who somehow outranks her.

Something humiliating, something childish. An unintentional glance at Columbina’s bare feet gave her just the idea: tickling. Remarkably, albeit with some trepidation, Arlecchino agreed, stripping her heels before allowing her ankles to be locked in.

Her giggling was rather cute for someone who initially came off as intimidating. It only encouraged the duo to ‘map out’ her feet to see which areas were most sensitive. This was definitely more of a game for Columbina while Sandrone wanted to tickle Arlecchino’s most sensitive nerves to hear her break.

It was a very thorough initiation process indeed.
