2024-10-08 15:43:25 +0000 UTCYโall donโt even know, Oda drew and wrote this one-shot manga in 1994 when he just 19 years old. He then made two prototypes to One Piece titled โRomance Dawnโ in 1996. This anime was directed by the same guy that did season one of JJK and JJK 0. He also created Ninja Kaumi with his own animation production studio, who animated this anime special. Zoro inclusion in this anime is not originally in the one-shot manga. A fan asked Oda in the Q&A selections of the One Piece manga called SBS, if Ryuma from Thriller Bark is the same Ryuma from his early work, Monsters. Oda confirmed it and it became de facto canon.
