Norse Throne bit coming ...
Added 2021-03-06 06:46:27 +0000 UTCI have been tinkering with the throne the last days and am now very happy with the result.
The free version will be the throne seat and the low stools. The Patreon advanced version has the ornament wall with weapons options. To the known shields (and axes) I have added a spear layer. My idea was (in addition to looking cool) the ornament wall could be where the chieftain could hide behind in case of danger - and have weapons in reach!
I have also released a free "Saxon Horse Head" ornament module on my Gumroad for all you fans of the Horse Lords!
Finally I have made a test build of a dice tower prototype and filmed me testing it to see if the construction approach would work. You can see it here. With the palisades surrounding it, I envision this to be a Dark Age hill fort tower with a Norse look.
During the next days and weeks I will be working on the fortification module prototypes. I have a huge vision with this topic and I hope I can turn my ideas into something workable on the table!
