Palisade Bits WIP

today I can start to show you my progress with the upcoming palisade bits. The main idea was to have simple 2D papermini like parts that you can assemble to form palisades around your settlement, camp, outpost or fortress!
Use my classic papermini bases to place the palisade bits in the layout of your choice or use the connector bits to form a larger wall with the single parts. The connector parts can be slotted or glued. Slotted they hold surprisingly well for allowing your parts remain usable for different and new layouts in the future. BTW the simple rectangle cut parts can be upgraded by cutting out the spikes, making them look even better!
I have already started working on the gate bit but am not 100% happy with it, so I will go back to the drawing board and see if and how much I will change it. I had planned a simple 2D part and then thought of more advanced versions that look a tad better. If I can design a nice advanced one I might make that a little later and make it available as an advanced bit for Patreons!

2021-07-14 15:33:33 +0000 UTCJust today I have added the spikes cutdata! They will be a different color so you can select if you want the box cut or the full contour cut in Silhouette Studio. Also I recommend cutting off the actual top points of the spikes. That bad boys can perforate skin! Or put a dab of white glue on top or something similar.

But please, oh gods, please...tell me there will be cutfiles? Cutting all those little /\ ends by hand would result in total loss of sanity! :)
