Ladies and gentlemen,

here's a little update on the progress of the wagon model. This is a first textured test build with the new "modular" and simplified undercarriage.

I have designed the undercarriage with simple blocks that - once textured - still should look real enough and allow a swiveling front axle. Plus it allows me to design new and different (larger, wider) undercarriages for more wagon types very fast now.

This version has the larger wheels in the back and the smaller in the front but there's also a way to have same sized wheels on both axles by skipping some of the building blocks.

Also this upper wagon section is one of a couple I am planning to do, so you can swap them out for different settings (if you want to reuse the undercarriage).

Next step planned is to add a ladder for entrance and adding more details like extra door and window parts for open versions and then color versions if you want to build a wagon ring settlement/market etc. with unique looking wagons.
