Ladies and gentlemen,

now that your guard has raised the watchtower at the border it's time to expand the outpost with a larger structure so we got a place to sleep and store stuff!

I have started working on the barracks/armory building and created the schematics that will be the base for the final texture painting phase.

For detailing the table with more bits, I have started adding a blue/white checkers option to the AUG2021 Advanced Banner Bits as I want to dress my outpost with that :) So go back and download that again to get the new option!

I will also focus on the weapon racks for the next bit. One version (vertical weapon storage) is basically finished (just need to get it into presentable shape) and I want to add another one (horizontal storage) for halberds and bows. And the final bit for this setting will be a bunk bed bit for the sleeping area of the barracks!

So I hope to have quite a handful of new things coming out soon!

We are expecting a couple of heatwave days again after a very relaxing phase of cooler, rainy days so I am looking forward to a day of swimming on Lake Offensee in the mountains. But I expect this to be the last wave of heat. Traditionally the colder, rainy part of summer is about to start. After all the heat we had I have no problem with nature and me getting some cool refreshing water :)

To help with my too-much-sitting-work I have got a tool that I put into my father-in-laws office (which I have kidnapped for the time we are staying here). It allows me to raise and lower the keyboard/mouse/monitors by 55cm so I can work standing!

Now I can switch positions every now and then (in addition to taking breaks - who needs breaks when you love what you do!) in order for my body to not become rigid while working.

BTW I have loved to see all the Tower builds you guys have done so fast. Besides selling a set, seeing that someone actually builds my stuff is just what every creator dreams of <3
