[Bugfix][DHD]Blazin' Ladles Oven Fix

In the last update, EA managed to break the Blazin' Ladles Oven from Dream Home Decorator - basically, they made a brand new tuning file for it, but incorrectly tuned its part data to include subroot indexes for a stovetop, despite this object not having that. A more detailed explanation can be found here - also please give that AHQ thread a "Me Too" for an official resolution from EA. This results in this error, which is reminiscent of errors usually seen with broken CC objects:

Installation
Simply place the package file in your Mods folder, and delete the localthumbcache.package file located in \Sims 4
XML Used
This mod modifies the b61de6b4!00000017!0000000000055b1c.object_stove_counter_OvenCounter_High.object.xml and will likely conflict with any other mod that uses it.
