I think this is the way to do it, highlight the share you want to update. Select preferences from the (three dots icon) - view key and there's the update key button... or just remove the old share and point the new one to the same folder you used before :)

2014-10-01 17:21:25 +0000 UTCI feel so derp for not having an idea how to change the sync link/key in the btsync browser GUI. :P So I just created a new metalfox-folder and am downloading the full content again.
