Scene Phaser updated to Foundry VTT V13

Hi folks!

I know a lot of you have been waiting for this: Scene Phaser has finally been updated to Foundry VTT v13! You can find the latest version here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/58548341

PLEASE READ THE NOTES BELOW! IMPORTANT!

1. You do have to reinstall Scene Phaser with a fresh manifest URL - we changed the hosting for Scene Phaser for this latest update, so just updating the old install will not work.

2. V13 compatible version is the only version we will continue updating due to cost. V13 was an incredibly tricky update, and I can no longer afford having to update both the free Scene Phaser as well as the premium one for all versions of Foundry. The version I just posted above is ONLY V13 compatible, so if you are running V12, it will not work. I am keeping the free Scene Phaser for version 12 and below as well as the premium version for version 12 and below available for now, but we will no longer be offering updates for them.
