WSC 1983 Update - 02

I'm aiming to release a Patreon exclusive beta for Spa 1983 in time for this weekend.
I will do as much as I can before I release it on Friday but its in a playable state as is.
I will need everyone to test for any performance drops as I've placed quite a lot of new trees.
These are 2d trees as the 3d ones cause big fps drops and I dont think are worth it.
PS Ill also try to finish the visual updates to one of the suitable cars so theres something to test with.
