He was a huge inspiration. On any given night at the tea house, someone just has to mention Duane Adelier and things get loud - a mingled cacophony of appreciation, regret, and still-smoking fury.

I wonder at how much of an inspiration the man was to his caste and how much his martyrdom and reputation shook the old societal boat.
