Well, I wager Fireweed is bound to get a serious bruising, and Thistle might be targeted next, since Tempest sees her to be a liar; therefore, it may be up to Lullaby to save the day this time around. Perhaps being scolded by a foal will get Tempest back to her senses.

Of course, we - unlike the characters in the story - can't hear the laughing. So I assume it was the bone chilling laughter of a supervillain in the making and not just a joyful laughter.
