Mina's BUTT (M8 Drawing Journey)
Added 2025-03-10 17:20:34 +0000 UTCSo, many of you guys know that my art has always been a combination of SFM and me correcting/drawing over the 3D renders, I never meant for that to come off as me acting like I'm "drawing" things.
Drawing has always been exceptionally scary to me, I'd doodle a bit, get frustrated/disappointed that it looked like a toddler was drawing it, and would give up, and It's been like that for my entire life.
Now, as SOME of you know, I've been working on making my own game, and a few months ago I had a moment where I had to tell myself "M8, if you don't just sit down and draw concepts, GOOD OR BAD, the game literally cannot progress." which is apparently what I needed to finally break that mental padlock I had in my brain, and drawing suddenly became very fun and enjoyable and I haven't been getting frustrated and my drawing skills have skyrocketed.
I'm in a very good mood these days. Drawing is fun, I wanted to know what you guys think about me just drawin' stuff sometimes, I still feel like It's not good enough to share and that people will see it as a waste of time and just ask for more of the usual 3D stuff, but It's a skill I seriously need to develop anyways so I figure why not incorporate it into m8 stuff too, y'know?

There's nothing wrong with it at all, some truly incredible artists utilize 3D I'm just tired of the tediousness, I'd rather just be able to whip out my Ipad and draw things real quick

2025-03-10 23:25:44 +0000 UTCTBH I'm someone that aswell uses 3D Models for my drawings, because I donΒ΄t manage to have good proportions, and I always have you as my "referent" or my example of "Wonderful artist that uses aswell" But now maybe its time to aswell stop using them quq
