Weekly Update #171

Alrighty, tomorrow is 4X day.  That means tomorrow I'm writing the rest of the ahead chapters for the 4X story, no ifs, ands, nor buts. If I don't, I'll publish my address on here so that you can personally come and beat the shit out of me.

That aside, it was a great week for me when it comes to writing. I got a ton of writing done and can't really talk about what I was writing yet (since it wasn't what I'm supposed to be doing), but I did write a ton! It's actually been my most productive week in... a long, long time. Probably at least a year? All I can say is that I'm re-engaging my grind mindset. As much as I really don't want to worry about making money, I need to. Literally all of our problems involving my grandma right now would be solved if I had more money. As would our situation with being stuck down here and not being able to move. So, I'm building up my weekly writing again.

I'm also back to taking care of my grandma from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday, and from 8am-9pm on Wednesdays. It's not fun. It's stressful, annoying, and makes me feel many negative things. But, it's also motivating me to actually start writing more so that I can fix this situation and get out of it. So at least there's that.

44 hours and 33,828 words since the last update. Heck yeah. Time to keep it going! I want even more this week.

The True Endgame

And so, this arc got turned around on Saya. She thought she had to seduce the other girlfriends, but all she really has to do is seduce herself. It's very deep and intellectual, I know. Hold your praise. My ego is already too magnificent to handle even more well-deserved praise.

Also, I hope that I'm doing a good balance of having Fenrir and Saya since they're kind of sharing this volume as protagonists. I know there are always going to be people who don't like it when an established protagonist starts getting less time due to another protagonist stepping it, but I would hope that the other protagonist here having been a character from the very start helps to make it tolerable!

Ero Dungeon Online

All board the lewd train. It's time for Damian, Lily, and Akorya to do the do once more. Then the volume will be over and we can move onto the next one which will have much more time being spent with Cani!

Lazy Dragon Queen

This whole mini maid costume arc thing didn't go at all how I planned it, but I'm happy it went this way and am having a lot of fun with it. In bad news, though, I've made absolutely zero progress with editing the second volume. I'm going to try and start editing 50 pages a day, though. As long as I edit at least 50 pages a day, I think I should have it done within a week, and that only takes a couple hours to do each day.

The Dungeon Hound

Had a bit of worldbuilding with the city, and going to have a little bit more before we go back into the dungeon. Definitely just one more chapter before we're back in there. 

The Tentacles' Tavern

Our little Tenta has got himself a date to go on! And with a new woman! I wonder what could possibly end up happening on said date, especially given with some people's theories about what she's going to end up being like. What's going to happen? Find out in the next chapter! Or the chapter after it. Who knows!

In Closing

I'm kind of speedrunning this weekly update to get it done before it's midnight. That being said, thank you all for your continued support and putting up with me! It's a new month, so not all of you survived the transfers from last month to this month, but I'm eternally grateful to those of you who have survived! I'm also grateful for all the former patrons, but they're not exactly reading this, so I'm just going to focus on thanking those of you who are reading this.

I guess I'm in a weird schedule now where I'm kind of half taking Mondays/Tuesdays off from the main series, but you'll be getting... I think 4 chapters of the 4X litrpg tomorrow? 4 or 3. However many it takes to get the series up and running!
