Hope you all doing great! Here goes our special class where we learned the reversed interior hip circle or reversed ommie, its such a beautiful one... then we jumped into a snaky combo applying some of our figure 8's... Its was super fun and I want to keep working on that... sooo for that!!!! On this week we will be doing another special class on Saturday 23th at 6pm Lisbon time, all together ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
