VAM Plugin: "All Flattened" display v1.1
Added 2022-08-05 18:28:38 +0000 UTCA small plugin that automatically flattens the directories, so that all available items are displayed together, whenever the File-Open-Dialog appears, e.g. for Scenes, Clothing or Hair items.
The "Favoritoes Only" option is also checked by default.
Note: using this plugin can impact performance and can cause a small delay when the File-Open-Dialog appears, especially if there are a lot of items to be displayed and you have a lot of scenes / clothing / hair files downloaded in VAM.

- Added Settings, to choose where to apply the flattening, and whether to enable the "Only Favorites" and "Keep Open" options by default and BepInEx Configuration.
BepInEx Configuration:
If the "Flatten" option is enabled, then the button "All Flattened" will be pushed automatically when the File-Open dialog shows up. The "Only Favorites" and "Keep Open" checkboxes can be enabled by default as well in the settings.

Extract the .zip file into the VaM directory. After that you should have the "AllFlattenedFirst.dll" file in the BepInEx \ plugins directory. It will work automatically, not setup is needed and it will basically press the "All flattened" button for you every time you open up a file dialog.
