Rife-App 1.4 will be badass

- Gif and animation will have better timing and frame selection.
- Videos/Gif work from memory, no need to dump a bunch of PNG files before and after the interpolation
- Speedup on processing
- Working on CPU
- Other stuff?

Yeah, my HD also say thanks haha. I got almost everything working, just need to create the new GUI
