The fastest way up to the top of Mount Toubkal is a two day route. The two day route is a “simple up and down via the same trail from Imlil”. On the first day, you travel to Imlil). Once in Imlil, you take a four hour walk up the mountain to the refuge, and spend the night either in a tent or dorm. On the second day, you walk from the refuge to the summit. After spending time at the summit, you trek back down the mountain, all the way back to Imlil. There are many different routes you can take to get to the top of Mount Toubkal - this is just one example.

Imlil, Morocco

It’s early in the morning; two French hikers are on a “small hike” when they come “up on a plateau” about an hour into the hike. The hikers discover the bodies of Louisa and Maren on Mount Toubkal, around six miles from the center of Imlil.

That’s when they saw an open tent, and two “broken” girls outside of the tent.

i love the struggle! its not about the reward. self sabotage is a thing. its a type of personality or psychology, idk. i want to know more about the strugglers. what is it about the churn that drives us? cant we just let ourselves be happy?? aaagh!!!

I was scared shitless when my sister went to Morocco a couple years ago.

What's up my friend. Great coverage! Been a fan for a long time. I actually bought a custom cup you guys custom made and it's a constant reminder that there is still a true crime podcast that is just top shelp in what an avid fan or a new fan. Passion shines and respect is always present. So thank you all for the amazing years we have gone thru and will continue to. Because, from someone who lives in one of the worst daily violent acts for headlines, this world will unfortunately keep you busy. I wanted to mention something personal, I have been struggling with some current issues that I find myself just pushing through and getting lost in a show always helps past the time. I remember during our last devastating Hurricane I was stuck home with limited resources and I remember you reached out and sent a message and asked how I was. That always stuck with me as I'm a very humble person I still appreciate the message. Sorry for the rant. Chris from NOLA
