Signed Paperbacks, Discount Codes, + Book Harvest Thoughts

Hey all! Figured I’d just throw all this into one post.

Hope you enjoyed that little EBA snippet I dropped yesterday (belatedly, because I thought it was scheduled for Monday morning and it was not 😅).

New Storefront Now Live

As some of you know, my website has been down since last week… I’ve been in contact with IT thrice now, told it was fixed each time, and yet…nothing.

Good news though… I did successfully move my store over to a new more user-friendly platform, PayHip. It was when I was trying to integrate it with my domain that I fucked everything up. I overestimated my techy skills, clearly. 😆

But hey, at least now non-US readers (and even some US readers for whatever crazy reason) won’t be charged an obscene amount for shipping. Rates are flat across the board, based on your region.

Jessie Walked Signed Books

Pre-Order Sweet Wicked Thing

Pre-order my upcoming release at a slightly discounted rate when ordering from my store until 10.31.25. Both covers are available. These will go out in November.

***Flock members will get Sweet Wicked Thing at 50%. Keep an eye out for your private link/code. Normally, if subscribed for 3+ consecutive months, you will get all new Amazon releases signed and shipped directly from me at zero extra cost to you. But because my Patreon only went live a week ago, I’m doing it a little differently this time. The monthly discount code, explained further down, does NOT apply to this or any new release for Flock members, seeing as normally you’d receive a copy free. The discount code only applies to orders made in general.

Bookplates/Swag Bundles

At this time, book plates and swag bundles are not available for purchase. I plan to offer these quarterly rather than just all the time, to keep things as manageable for myself as possible. I will make SWT swag bundles available early 2026, following Vicious Fate’s release, and thus the completion of the duet.

Patreon Discount Codes

The Patreon store discounts are tier-based and expire at the end of every month. 10% off for Aviary members, 15% off for Atrium, and 20% off for Flock. Codes will be provided within the next couple hours.

Book Harvest Wrap-Up

I’m still mentally and physically recovering, on top of catching up on all the things I need to do this week. So for now, I’m keeping this relatively short and sweet. I might go into more gritty detail at a later time for Flock members. Because I do have thoughts… it’s not so much this event specifically that has me feeling a way. But events and this whole industry in general has me… very meh currently. But that could just be the post-signing anxiety/social burnout talking.

Regardless of my current funk, Chicago was great. It was my first time there, and I loved it. I wish I got to do more sightseeing than I did, which was not much at all. I rewatch Shameless on a loop, so yeah, I would’ve totally been THAT person if I had the time. At least I got to ride the L. 😆

As for the event itself, overall I did have a great time meeting new readers, catching up with some familiar faces, and hanging out with author friends and acquaintances I’ve made over the years.

To any of you here who came to see me… I appreciate you so much. You have no idea. I’m horrible at taking compliments, especially outwardly. But I promise you, they don’t go unheard.

Oh, and as some of you now know… I was also featured as a surprise author for the Emo Night event that Dark & Disturbed hosted… which was very surreal. Also low-key nervewracking, once I realized I was the ONLY featured author they collaborated with for those swag bags. And I was convinced people would be disappointed. Imposter syndrome is such a bitch. 😅

I know it sucks that those SEs of Exiled you might’ve seen floating around will likely never be available to the public… trust me, I know. Hence part of the reason I’ve been feeling very meh. But I hope those of you who missed out understand why I agreed to doing it from a business standpoint. And you never know… they could always do a second print run down the road. There are always BST groups…. Hopefully they’re only trading it, since it was free. But we all know that won’t be the case. 🫠

And I do have several copies of my own, a couple of which I plan to giveaway or do a charity auction for…

Anyway, I think that’s it for now. Keep an eye out for those discount codes in your emails.

Hope you have a great week!

Jessie

Loved getting to see you at Book Harvest

Alex Speer (twisted.cursed.reads)

Anyone else in the UK? It’s saying $35 for shipping. Is that correct?

Claire Mayfield

Ive only seen people trading exiled so far! And one person sold it on mercari but only for $45 not like $200 like some of the other books from bookharvest. I know they probably will eventually sell for $$$ but all special editions usually do so its not your fault. (Update: nvm I lied..People are d*cks
