We have both a very filled Piya that is meant to be basically her size limit (while still a foot tall, before growing taller). A "very special person" person seems to have also left her all immobile with a vibrator inside her for the first time ever, and Ravenna (an old plague doctor OC) made an oopsy whoopsy with one of her potions!
