And about the background—yes, Virginia, there is a background—the motel-style rooms don't have private bathrooms. Again, so what?
But...! If you're an architecture or interior design nut (like me), that Mid-Century Modern chair in the background is spot-on perfect for the era.
Last but not least, congratulations if you just read the last three lines and said to yourself, "Huh? Who cares?" You don't get mired in nitpicky details like some of us. You just enjoy the scene for what it is, which is pretty damn hot.
