Added 2017-08-03 15:54:41 +0000 UTCWhat was Summer Camp like in the beginning? Well, if you read my Author's Afterword in Book 1, you know that I never really planned to write almost 2 million words and 5 books.
The story really started out as a "what if" thing, based on bits and pieces of my real life. But then I decided that maybe I had a bigger story to tell after all. So I started outlining, researching, etc. And I kept writing.
The main structure of the story has always been in my head, but I had lots of adventures in between, and my written outlines have always been how I plan ahead.
Usually the chapters stayed pretty close to the outline, but sometimes they went in a different direction. Sometimes I updated the outline retroactively, but sometimes I just moved on.
In any event, I'm going to start publishing my original chapter outlines from the beginning, as a sort of glimpse behind the curtain from yesteryear. They'll be for VIP Pass holders, and I'll post a new one every Thursday.
